Where to put it

  1. Open your own experience in Roblox Studio and show the Explorer and Output panels.
  2. An audio asset your experience has permission to use. Replace the asset ID.
  3. Insert a LocalScript at StarterPlayer › StarterPlayerScripts.
  4. Paste the code, press Play and test the behavior. Read Output if anything fails.

Line by line

1. Creates a local background audio track.

2. Loops the track at a comfortable volume.

3. Keeps music separate from positional world sounds.

Common mistakes

!
Check the object names and script location.

Names are case sensitive. A LocalScript needs a client execution context, while server data and permissions belong in a Script. Test with multiple players before publishing.
