RoScripter Studio plugin

Preview generated code, insert a new script in its declared location, and send a selected Output error back for fixing.

Download local plugin (.lua)

Install in Studio

  1. Download the plugin. In Studio, open the Plugins tab and find the Plugins Folder command. Put the downloaded file in that folder, then restart Studio.
  2. Open RoScripter from the Plugins toolbar. Enter this website’s HTTPS address (or http://localhost:3000 for local development).
  3. On your saved generated script, choose Insert via plugin. This requires a Creator or Studio plan. Paste the one-use transfer code into the plugin and load the preview.
  4. Review the code and required objects. Create missing objects in the declared destination. Stop any play test, then choose Insert reviewed script.
  5. The plugin creates a new script and supports Undo. Scripts and LocalScripts are inserted disabled; review them before enabling and playing.
  6. For an error, paste only the relevant Output text into the plugin and choose Send this error to website. Return to the website and choose Fix with this error.

The bridge contacts only the website address you enter. It never needs your Roblox password, model API key, or Open Cloud key. Studio may ask permission to contact that domain.

This is a locally installable preview. Website transfer, insertion and error reporting have been tested in Studio. Creator Store publication is still pending; installing this file does not mean your game has passed verification.

Cloud verification scope

Roblox cloud execution runs in an isolated test place. It can run server code and supplied assertions. Player input, physics, client behavior and multiplayer interactions must be tested in Studio.
